Recipes: Tea – Pour 8 ounces of just under boiling, purified water over 2 heaping teaspoons of dried Tulsi leaves and flowers. Steep for 5-10 minutes. Add honey if desired. Can also add a couple of Lemon Balm and Perppermint leaves to your Tulsi tea. Essential oils can be substituted for any of the fresh herbs if needed.
